Delivery (UK)

Weekdays: Orders placed before 4:00pm are dispatched the same day.

Saturday: Orders placed before 11:30am are dispatched same day.

Packages are dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (FREE)

Royal Mail 1st Class (£1.99)

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded with tracking and drop-off with signature.(£2.99)

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (NEXT DAY GUARANTEED) for an extra fee. (£5.99)

You can select this option at checkout.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

We operate a fair and flexible returns policy.

In accordance with EU health and safety legislation we do not refund or exchange worn bras.

Returns are accepted provided the bra as "as new" and not tried on.

Returns are issued minus the postage fee's incurred.
